“The hotel staff was very lovely. We were able to be assisted to check in earlier and leave our bags even though our flight wasn’t until the evening after check out. I could definitely see myself staying here again.”

“I arrived on time for check in and was told the king bed room I booked wasn’t ready that they would let me know when the room is ready or if I want they could give me another room which was a double queen. I was stranded for up to two hours after traveling many hours of flight before they finally provided a king bed room. I don’t know if it’s the culture in Atlanta or poor booking/hotel management.”
